NOTE:  (Examiner’s listed in bold type have successfully completed the Examiners Clinic and exam through 2010, and will maintain a license until the end of 2011. New may apply and must attend an examiner’s clinic and complete the written exam prior to the end of 2011 in order to remain licensed.)  Contact the KMSHA office for more information.
