Entry Provisions:

1. Each of the horses registered herein or otherwise shown by me or the Owner at the show (for which this registration form applies) is fully registered with KMSHA or SMHA.

2. I, the Owner, and all our employees, agents, trainers, independent contractors and guests, or invitees will abide by the rules and regulations of the show, any sponsoring or affiliated organization, the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse Association LLC "KMSHA") and the Spotted Mountain Horse Association ("SMHA"). We further agree to abide by any decision made by any of the foregoing organizations in connection with the show, interpretation of show rules, outcomes and the like.

3. That for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, to hereby release and otherwise waive any and all claims that we may have or that may arise in connection with, during or at the horse show (for which this registration form applies) against KMSHA and SMHA, and its employees, agents, officers, directors, managers, and any other sponsoring organization. This release and waiver includes all claims of any type whatsoever, whether the same be for damages, loss, loss of value or reputation or any other claim of any type for loss to myself/ourselves, the horse exhibited, any vehicle, any other article, or to any other person under my/our supervision and control.

4. Agree to defend and indemnify KMSHA and SMHA, and its employees, agents, officers, directors and managers, any other sponsoring organization and all our employees, agents, trainers, independent contractors and guests, for any suit, demand, claim, judgment, cause of action, asserted by myself, the Owner or any of our agents, independent contractors, guests or invitees that arises in connection with or during the show for which this registration form applies. This covenant to defend and indemnify applies to costs and attorneys fees in addition to other indemnity obligation.

5. Acknowledge that participation in any KMSHA or SMHA sanctioned event or receipt of any service of KMSHA or SMHA is a privilege, and not a right, and as such, I agree to abide by the rules and policies of KMSHA and SMHA in their sole discretion. Agreement to the terms of this instrument is a condition precedent to participation to this KMSHA or SMHA sanctioned event.

All horses must present a current health certificate and negative coggins upon arrival to the show grounds. Persons on Federal Disqualification cannot transport horses to any KMSHA/SMHA sanctioned show and can only participate as spectators.
